About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
2. Review employment applications and background check reports
3. Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
4. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
5. Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
6. Generate monthly updates for the company's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
7. Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
8. Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
