About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Remaining actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
2. Handling employee complaints, grievances, and disputes
3. Managing employee life cycle from hiring till the exit process
4. Handling the execution of employee engagement activities
5. Working on employees' performance management and review process on a monthly basis
