About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and screen candidates via internet job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, and Indeed
2. Manage candidates through the interview process: set expectations, provide feedback, negotiate, and close all offers
3. Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, focusing on digital talent
4. Schedule, track, and manage in-person and phone interviews
5. Maintain various recruitment tracking and reports
