About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include working on the implementation of HR processes and policies for their respective business units and managing different stakeholders and collaboration with a strong orientation towards results.
Note: As the HRBP, the incumbent will be accountable and will collaborate with the management to work towards the strategic direction of HR to support business objectives on people management strategies. This strategic partnership impacts HR services to businesses on talent acquisition, management, retention, performance management, compensation management & employee engagement, and development.
