About the internship
This profile's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the entire employee life-cycle from hire to retire
2. Hiring staff for our kitchen and cafes
3. Maintaining employee files, leaves management, salary slips, joining and exit formalities
4. Designing & implementing HR-related formats & processes in the organization
5. Evaluating software packages for various HR processes
6. Ensuring HR-related statutory compliances
7. Designing & conducting the employee engagement initiatives
8. Working on general office administration
