Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. The candidate should have minimum experience is Handling Recruitment
2. Sourcing new job opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
3. Engaging in tele-counseling with the candidates and closing positions
4. Downloading applications from all portals
5. Shortlisting candidates based on the CV
6. Calling candidates to explain about the company and product, and conducting the second round of interview
7. Lining candidates for a face-to-face interview
8. Generating offer letters
9. Handling other operations and admin related responsibilities
