About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hiring suitable talent according to the client's needs and closing the deal
2. Sourcing & screening candidates as per the requirements of the job
3. Calling and shortlisting candidates' resumes as per the job description and knowing about their interest in a particular job
4. Scheduling and coordinating interviews
5. Sharing feedback from candidates and companies (both sides) after the interviews
6. Following up with selected candidates
