1. Must have good oral and written communication skills

4. Must be familiar with IT requirements and the recruitment process
5. Must have a strong willingness to build a career in the recruitment area
6. Must be result-oriented and have the ability to build a strong professional relationship
7. Must have the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
8. Must be able to understand IT skillsets like Microsoft, Java, Linux, Android, SAP, database, etc.
9. Must have good convincing and negotiation skills

11. Must have experience working in a previous role
