About the internship
Are you an effective communicator, have an aptitude for learning new technologies, and are also a target-oriented person? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are hiring for a technical recruiter and research associate.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on industry and company research
2. Understanding company structures and dynamics
3. Designing search plans, mapping, and headhunting
4. Updating and maintaining data/information on the internal ATS
5. Managing complete recruitment cycle
6. Working on client and candidate management
7. Speaking to key decision-makers in the industry

2. Graduate/postgraduate in business admin/HR management/other disciplines with knowledge or interest in IT Industry
3. Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality
4. Excellent communication & influencing skills
