About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support communication and administration of human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations
2. Participate in employee relations counseling and may respond to issues such as employee complaints, allegations, and civil rights complaints
3. Support performance management process, including annual performance reviews for administrative staff
4. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed
