About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing workers
2. Handling employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training
3. Planning, directing, and coordinating the administrative functions of an organization
4. Preparing a job description, interviewing potential candidates, extending employment offers, and discussing compensation packages
5. Maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases
