Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on resume sourcing on portals and other source channels
2. Work on prelim screening
3. Work on interviewing
4. Work on interview coordination with clients
5. Work on post selection documentation and background verification
6. Work on onboarding process
7. Work on transition and training
8. Work on staff engagement
9. Work on counseling, career advising & grievance handling
10. Work on revenues and margin management
11. Work on employer branding
12. Work on performance management
13. Work on target orientation, setting goals, and achieving productivity
14. Work on influencing & negotiations
