Job Description
About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talent acquisition
2. Managing positions in the applicant tracking system/MIS
3. Working with the seniors to manage the report of talent acquisition life-cycle including sourcing and engaging candidates in all fields
4. Processing new hire paperwork for payroll and other groups including the creation of offer letters, packets, and other necessary documentation
5. Phone screening and interviewing candidates
6. Assisting in management of MH01 intern programs
7. Developing company LinkedIn page and talent communities
8. Filing and maintaining employment records for new hires, temps, and interns
9. Communicating with placement committees of various institutes
