About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn)
2. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
4. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
5. Monitor Key HR metrics including the time to fill, time to hire, and source of hire
