About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying and mapping the organization's external talent pool to essential jobs
2. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, and hiring portals and other creative sources
3. Screening resumes
4. Conducting interviews
5. Setting up interviews with the hiring manager
6. Maintaining relationships with both Specialist and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
