About part time job/internship
    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working in the startup, understanding clients' requirements, executing the role of the assignment & delivering in a given time frame
2. Sourcing, profiling, referencing, and approaching potential candidates via campus interviews, references, etc.
3. Assessing their skills against the clients' JD/requirement
4. Coordinating with the candidates for the entire recruitment process
5. Validating of profiles prior to presenting to the clients
6. Handling end-to-end recruitment
7. Coordinating with the clients and scheduling interviews
8. Taking care of the admin part
9. Taking care of all fresher hiring across India, creating candidates and job seekers pools via reference/social media, etc.
10. Ensuring all job seekers go through a job counseling session before the interview

                Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship between 22nd Nov'20 and 27th Dec'20
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
    1. Should be willing to work in a challenging role and target driven
2. Should have a laptop and internet connection
3. Should be willing to come to the office for an interview in Mumbai and then can choose work from home too
