About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying and sourcing the best talent as per requirements and related company standards
2. Designing job descriptions and interview questions that will reflect each requirement
3. Working on preparation and posting of job descriptions, sourcing, technical screening, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
4. Ensuring positive candidate interview experience
5. Working on documentation and post-hiring formalities of the selected candidates
6. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to the candidates
7. Handling staff inquiries regarding hr policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
