About (Freeskout) Lash Technologies Private Limited
Freeskout is an upcoming mobile app for both Android and iOS, launched in the month of February. The app basically aims at connecting influencers with the targeted brands and vice versa, without any charges from both sides. The idea is to connect brands with the influencers according to their requirements which include budget, category, location, type of work, date, engagement ratio, m/f ratio, and so on. The purpose of the app is to connect brands and bloggers for free in the most convenient way possible.
The primary mission is to make influencer marketing hassle-free by cutting down the middlemen and connecting brands and bloggers directly free of cost. This is the first platform to give an opportunity to an influencer/blogger to connect to any brand just through a friend request for free. This is a one-stop solution for all brands.

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating offer letters for new recruitment
2. Creating letters of recommendation and internship certificates for interns
3. Creating and updating employee databases
4. Creating mail IDs and sending SIM cards to new recruitments
5. Shortlisting candidates for vacancies
6. Posting announcements for vacancies
7. Coordinating with employees regarding their day-to-day needs

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per progressive).
