About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end to end recruitment cycle
2. Work on all types of requirements (W2, C2C, 1099)
3. Build database on a daily basis
4. Work on daily submittal targets (these submittals should be qualified from interviews to hires)
5. Maintain and communicate candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis
6. Source profiles from various domains
7. Manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis

Other requirements

1. Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources

2. Must have basic knowledge of computer programming languages

3. Having experience on email/phone/US calling & MS Office knowledge

4. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills & the ability to deal effectively with candidates at all levels

5. Should have minimum graduation
