Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and update job descriptions
2. Attract and source candidates/applications by using databases & job portals
3. Screen candidates resume and job applications
4. Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
5. Support in coordinating interviews with the stakeholders
6. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
7. Provide analytically and well documented recruiting reports to internal stakeholders
8. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
9. Support the senior recruiters and hiring managers to close hiring needs
10. Create, maintain and continuously update the relevant databases
11. Keep abreast with market information, talent movements, and relevant business highlights
