About TalentServe India

We are a company with a complete HR tech initiative aimed towards offering skill-based employment. We are co-founded by Symbiosis, IIT, and IIM alumni.

About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on sourcing/shortlisting/scheduling/interview the solopreneurs consultants from various social networking sites/reference more on a digital medium
2. Work on assuring the documentation is proper for them
3. Work on onboarding them with the company and align the work accordingly
4. Work accordingly to get the numbers closed
5. Build campus relations/and social media handles
6. Work on arranging a career counseling session for freshers and help them to land a job
7. Work on taking care of all fresher hiring across India and create candidates pools and job seekers via reference/social media, etc.
8. Ensure all job seekers go through a job counseling session before the interview
9. Create a pool of job seekers

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for the part time job/internship

2. can start the part time job/internship between 23rd Nov'20 and 28th Dec'20

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

* Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.

Other requirements

1. Should be target driven/enthusiastic and should be willing to work for giving 1 lac of employment opportunities

2. Should understand the value of a social cause (providing employment opportunities)
