About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing candidates from various job portals, screening them and scheduling face-to-face interviews
2. Coordinating with consultant partners in sourcing candidates
3. Researching and drafting comprehensive employee manual, HR policies and guidelines
4. Ensuring compliance with EPFO, ESI, minimum wages, and other applicable policies
