Job Description
1. Coordinate the BGV with the vendor & assist in providing the documents required for BGV check; report to the team in case any red report/insufficient information
2. Coordinate with vendor for the psychometric test links which are to be shared with the candidate post him/her clearing the interview rounds
3. Manage the invoice for the various vendors
4. Coordinate meetings, calendars, interviews, reference checks, and other communications
5. Prepare a variety of HR documents including applicant trackers, employment offer details, comparative analysis
6. Arrange and validate candidate documents to process ahead for offer
7. Inform Admin and IT teams of any new joining
8. Arrange assets for the new joiners
9. Initiate onboarding with the teams
10. Perform other administrative tasks as needed

1. Should have an MBA in HR
2. Should have basic knowledge of MS- Excel
3. Should have good knowledge and proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel
4. Should have good reporting and writing skills

7. Should have well-developed organisational skills
8. Should have attention to detail
