Job Description
1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify requisition needs and determine selection criteria
2. Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks)
3. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
4. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
5. Lead employer branding initiatives
6. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate

2. can start the internship between 5th Apr'21 and 10th May'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Proven work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role
2. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per closure).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
