Job Description
1. Managing interview timelines and scheduling phone/video calls with the candidates
2. Reaching out to the candidates and (pre)screening them on various skills parameters
3. Maintaining the candidate database with updated reach out the status
4. Allocating work profiles and regions to the shortlisted candidates

1. Should have (or working towards) a relevant degree such as HR management, employee relations, etc.
2. Excellent communication skills with an ability to clearly brief candidates on job responsibilities
3. An aptitude for understanding candidates' expectations and their compatibility with the work profiles
4. Should possess a laptop with a good internet connection
5. Working knowledge of MS Excel and other Office tools
6. Candidates from Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Noida would be preferred
