About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Publishing new job openings on various job sites, forums, etc.
2. Sourcing candidates using job advertisements, databases, and from college placement cells
3. Aligning & managing shortlisted candidates for interviews
4. Hiring various department employees (work from home/in-office) and freelancers
5. Working closely with cofounders and publishing content
