About VLS Sourcing

We are a recruitment firm based out in Delhi and working for different industries PAN-India. It's been 5+ years that we have been providing services to various clients PAN-India. Though we do source for other industries, our forte is IT and hospitality. As we have a specialized team with corporate and consulting experience in mentioned industries, we have clients from the following industries: IT, restaurant, retail, hotels, pharma, FMCG, media, insurance, facility management, legal consulting, real estate, CA firms, etc.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing from job portals
2. Screening the resumes
3. Taking interviews
4. Managing clients if required
5. Coordinating the interviews
6. Handling the negotiations
7. Working on releasing offers
8. Handling database management
9. Managing the applicant tracking system
10. Engaging in other HR activities if requested by clients

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1500 per joinings).
