Job Description
1. Assist with tracking and implementation of HR projects involving policies and procedures
2. Support project stakeholders in submission, coordination, and updating the status of project requests
3. Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects
4. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

1. MBA/PGDBM in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or a related field
2. Strong communication skills
3. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to prioritize tasks
7. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
8. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to the organization's cultures and values
9. Preferably should be based out of Delhi NCR
