4. Calling and screening candidates
5. Handling the administration and working on record-keeping
6. Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan
7. Executing recruitment plans efficiently
8. Drafting and posting job descriptions
9. Interviewing the candidates
10. Preparing job offers
11. Networking with various institutions and social media
