About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the company's recruitment process
2. Manage candidates by scheduling their interviews and storing their data
3. Learn and disseminate new techniques for hiring
4. Coordinate with HR team for supply
5. Coordinate with partner organizations for demand
6. Creation of HR policies and procedure.
7. Coordination and Closure with existing employees for day to day HR issues and concerns.
8. Help with on-boarding process for new employees.
