About the internship
We are looking for interns who are keen to build a career in the recruitment space. This is a paid internship to be converted to a full time role so please apply only if you have interest in joining us full time.
We are a search firm, so you will get exposure to mapping, headhunting, and targeted searches. Please note that this will not have any component of HR generalist.
We are looking for full-time interns and NOT those who would be available for a few hours a day. The ideal candidates would like to join us full-time post-internship. We prefer fresh MBAs but are open to graduates as well.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PART TIME INTERNSHIPS OR ARE STILL PURSUING YOUR GRADUATION. Availability of 4-5 hours in a day isnt full time.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching organizations and roles
2. Understanding the criteria of roles and industries
3. Sourcing candidates for various roles
4. Building proper databases of the senior-level talent pool
5. Understanding the recruitment process and helping in various stages
6. Working on industry-wide mapping
