Human Resources (HR) Job in HOLISTIK DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED at Gurgaon

Holistik Digital is a first-of-its-kind startup helping businesses with a startup mindset to achieve business growth, through full-stack digital marketing services and growth hacking. It's been founded by an IIT Delhi alumnus with 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, and analytics across multiple startups like Urban Clap and Revv. We aim to revolutionize the agency space by working as Digital Marketing Partner for our clients by understanding their businesses in-depth and providing customized solutions; instead of typical agencies' model of working as external parties with a one-size-fits-all approach. Within just one year of operations, we have served/are serving 10+ clients and are planning to serve 100+ clients by the end of 2021.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post, update and remove jobs from job portals, careers pages and social networks like naukri.com, Monster, and LinkedIn
2. Source and screen candidate profiles and resumes for the posted jobs
3. Coordinate with the founders and candidates to schedule interviews for the shortlisted ones
4. Prepare an internal database with employee information like name, contact details, and leaves
5. Prepare the company's HR policies, employee on-boarding, and resignation procedures
6. Suggest and organize employee engagement activities from time-to-time to create a positive workplace
