Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reaching the defined targets for the hiring of different job families (time, costs, quality)
2. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing the candidates to find the best organizational fit
3. Prioritizing work on multiple requisitions at the same time
4. Sourcing CVs from various mediums like portals, social networking sites, social groups, referencing, headhunting, company mapping, etc.
5. Following up with the selected candidates to ensure continuous engagement with the candidate and keeping them warm till the time of joining to reduce the attrition before joining
6. Managing posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality, and costs)
7. Exploring the new recruitment channels and giving recommendations to the sourcing head
8. Working on the execution of the recruitment through social media communication, ruled by approved marketing and HR marketing principles
9. Starting every conversation with the intent to build, develop and maintain relationships with the candidates
