Job Description
1. Work on end-to-end recruitment, preferably someone with experience in both tech and non-tech hirings
2. Work on getting the Job description from the hiring managers and actively source profiles based on the requirement
3. Work on regular follow-ups with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process
4. Work on acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
5. Work on maintaining the recruitment tracker for all open positions

2. can start the internship between 26th Aug'20 and 30th Sep'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Gurgaon and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must be a hustler with a never-say-die attitude
2. Must be result-oriented, self-motivated, and team player
3. Must have exceptional verbal and communication skills, with an ability to formulate and present analysis and arguments in a clear, crisp, and concise manner
4. Must be a self-starter, keen to work independently with limited supervision
5. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
6. Must have excellent time-management skills
7. Preference would be given to the candidate having experience in the healthcare industry
8. Must have familiarity with a variety of different selection methods and use of social media and job boards with experience with sourcing and recruitment
9. Must have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
