About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
2. Documenting the HR process & HR guidelines
3. Working closely with top management and helping them facilitate day-to-day HR operations
4. Searching for potential candidates for the company's job vacancies
5. Posting job advertisements to job portals and social media platforms
6. Connecting with colleges, training centers for recruitments
7. Sourcing resumes, conducting telephonic interviews & interview scheduling
8. Preparing appointment letters and contracts for candidates
9. Managing the entire recruitment cycle
10. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
