About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage campus actions, Facebook, job portals reports & MIS
2. Report to the vice-president & assist senior managers in the campus hiring process and develop HR assessment tools, KRA & appraisals
3. Drive online recruitment advertisement at various social networking sites & job portals
4. Conduct regular employee performance tests & evaluate results dealing with training development institutions like NSDC & manpower consultants for hire
5. Create training modules & employee reward programs
6. Prepare the talent retention workflow & do intense market analysis
