Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle biometric attendance monitoring, record keeping, leaves, absenteeism, and preparation of wages/salaries, etc.
2. Deal with contract workers, permanent workers, and employees independently in a factory complying all the norms under the Factories Act
3. Coordinate with the production team in planning weekly / monthly shift schedules of workers and engineers

Other requirements
1. Should be prepared to work in shifts
2. Should have knowledge with various Statutory Acts like PF, ESIC, Inspector of Factories, labor department, bonus, gratuity, leave calculation and encashment, Minimum Wages Act, CLRA and other applicable Acts under Factories and Shops & Establishment Act
3. Should have a thorough knowledge in all applicable statutory compliances
