Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks
2. Ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date
3. Sourcing applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, career fairs, online platforms
4. Supporting the development of performance review processes and reward schemes
5. Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview, and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates
6. Planning company events or activities on occasions by management's approval
7. Taking the responsibility for overall quality system in the HR department
