About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle end-to-end technical recruitment for the organization
2. Source candidates through various channels and create a database of prospective candidates
3. Handle the screening and scheduling of interviews with respective stakeholders at NowFloats
4. Work on end-to-end candidate management including follow-up calls, documentation, etc.
5. Contribute to the organization's success by taking a disciplined approach to tasks and learning
6. Update the required information and tasks at a defined frequency
