About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on customized service solutions
2. Drive the full recruitment life-cycle process to support clients' hiring needs
3. Get involved in hands-on recruiting profile
4. Create and maintain a database of potential clients and candidates

1. MBA HR or any graduates
2. Should have sound knowledge on end-to-end recruitment process sourcing
3. Should have excellent communication, convincing skills, and negotiation skills
4. Excellent skills in MS Office tools
