About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interacting with the account manager to understand the requirements
2. Sourcing strategies with LinkedIn, Dice, monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
3. Identifying the candidates with the right skill to meet the requirements
4. Screening the candidates' resumes to meet the requirement
5. Interacting with the candidates to understand their real-time experience
6. Submitting the candidates to reporting manager on daily basis
7. Working on CEIPAL (ATS)
