About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing candidates by making optimum use of available resources
2. Screening the resumes of candidates
3. Shortlisting & lining up the candidates
4. Working on regular followups
5. Working on documentation and other hiring-related coordination
6. Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using job sites
7. Working on initial screening of candidates through interview, analyzing responses, and verifying references
