Job Description
1. Working on professionally connecting with the students based in the US and working professionals to analyze their career path
2. Screening resumes of students and professionals and guiding them to ensure they are ready to upskill themselves by signing up for courses we offer
3. Offering free career counseling and demo classes and assisting them through the registration process
4. Following up on regular intervals with prospective candidates
5. Sending the career counseling invite through email to the candidates
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 9th Apr'21 and 14th May'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
* Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 3 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per enrolment).
Note: Working hours will be night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM. Saturdays and Sundays are holidays. Incentives and free beverages will be provided throughout the shift. Prime work location is in a smart tech park.
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
