About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing and handling employee database in the HRMS portal
2. Assessing, collecting, and maintaining the documents of existing and newly hired employees
3. Issuing appointment letters, release letters, certificates, etc. for the employees
4. Implementing and integrating the process of onboarding in the organization
5. Working on the pre-boarding and onboarding of the candidates
6. Coordinating with the reporting managers for daily operational activities
