Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
2. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
3. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
4. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
