About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
2. Understanding the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
4. Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
5. Maintaining database through references & job portals
6. Identifying candidates with the right skills for the right match
