Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle end to end HRMS management
2. Ensure timely & accurate updating of employee records in HRMS for e.g. employee shift timings, transfers, change of location, change of reporting, etc.
3. Handle overall background verification process & coordination with the vendor for accurate & timely BGV reports
4. Handle internal communication such as birthday celebrations, organization announcements & employee engagement communications
5. Plan, organize employee engagement activities & coordinate with vendors for all the locations.
6. Handle end-to-end onboarding process from induction & documentation & single point of contact for all the new joiners till the onboarding process complete
7. Maintain claims, reimbursement records with rewards & recognition budgets for e.g. manager budgets, HOD budgets & employee R&R budgets
8. Maintain complete MIS of medical cards, employee personal information & other HR related MIS with accuracy & constantly update the same
9. Provide all the HR related information's & data to HR Manager & ensure accuracy & timely deliverables
10. Source candidates, work on talent markets study
11. Set up Interviews with Hiring Managers
12. Engage with prospective candidates on social media
