About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop/oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans
2. Create JDs, and market intelligence
3. Identify the right vendors, streamline the recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding, and employer branding
4. Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
5. Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing
