About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review resumes and applications
2. Conduct recruitment interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process
3. Maintain HR records, such as those related to compensation, Incentives, health and medical insurance
4. Manage workplace safety issues
5. Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employee
6. Work on the preparation of payroll
7. Work on the administration of all employee and company documents
8. Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
