About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating and implementing an induction and on-boarding process
2. Creating and implementing a process for third party employees payroll
3. Creating SOP documents for all critical human resource processes
4. Creating job descriptions for all critical roles
5. Developing performance & productivity metrics for sales

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 5 to 7 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (âš 1000 per project ).
